MEETINGS
Schedule: The club meetings are normally on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. The first meeting is generally dedicated to club business and the third Wednesday is generally used for a program meeting of some kind. There are generally no meetings on the third Wednesday in December and January due to other club activities. All general club meetings begin at 7:30 PM.They are generally concluded by 9 PM, followed by a social period.
The first Wednesday is usually a business meeting and the third Wednesday is usually a program meeting.
Other standing meetings are:
Fund Raising Committee - Second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm at the facility.
Board Of Directors Meeting - Fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm at the facility.
